What makes Amada Miyachi unique among system integrators?  We deliver not only the system hardware, but also the process.  Our laboratory engineers work closely with customers to establish and develop a robust resistance welding production process.  We then define, design, and deliver a production resistance welding system and guarantee it will repeat that process in production. Before our systems are delivered, a factory acceptance test is performed at our facility in Monrovia California to demonstrate process repeatability and verify production data.  The system is then installed by our factory trained installation engineers who are available 24/7 to insure our systems are always producing.
